What PC specifications do I need to run Vision WAVE?
We categorise our PC specifications into three tiers: Minimum, HD, and FHD. The minimum specification allows basic functionality with HD resolution, but you might experience some lag or disruptions. For a seamless FHD experience, we recommend adhering to our FHD specifications.
Minimum Specs (Resolution: 1024x768):
- OS: Windows 10 64-Bit minimum
- CPU: i3 or AMD Ryzen 3
- RAM: 4GB
- HDD: At least 70 GB free space
- VGA: NVIDIA GeForce GT 640, AMD Radeon R7 250, or Intel UHD Graphics 630
HD Specs (Resolution: 1280x720):
- OS: Windows 10 64-Bit minimum
- CPU: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5
- RAM: 8GB
- HDD: At least 70 GB free space
- VGA: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 or AMD Radeon RX 460
FHD Specs (Resolution: 1920x1080):
- OS: Windows 10 64-Bit minimum
- CPU: Intel Core i7 or AMD Ryzen 7
- RAM: 16GB
- HDD: At least 70 GB free space
- VGA: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060-3GB or AMD Radeon RX 590
Note: PC requirements might change based on software updates. While the minimum specs allow software operation, optimal performance might not be guaranteed (potential for lag, disruptions, etc.).
Does it run on Mac OS?
Regrettably, our software isn't compatible with Mac OS. It's designed exclusively for Windows OS, requiring a minimum of Windows 7 (64-bit).
Game is forced to end after the black screen appears and it does not run again.
Navigate to either C or D Drive → Golfzon folder → VisionHome → Driver folder. Right-click on the 'dxwebsetup' file and select 'Run as Administrator'.
I don’t hear any sound after connecting TV/Beam Projector.
1. Cable Interference:
- Terminate the program.
- Disconnect all cables from the PC, excluding the power cable. This includes sound devices and wireless sound devices (e.g., Bluetooth) connected via AUX.
- Reconnect only the keyboard, mouse, and WLAN to the PC and reboot.
- After reboot, check the display by connecting the HDMI cable to a TV or projector.
- Launch the program and verify if sound is correctly relayed through the TV or projector.
2. UHD TV Considerations:
- For UHD TVs, ensure you're using an HDMI 2.1 cable for sound delivery.
- If you're using HDMI 2.0, upgrade to 2.1 or a newer version.
3. Volume Settings:
- Ensure the TV or projector isn't muted and the volume is up.
- Check the PC's volume settings: un-mute and adjust as needed.

Do WAVE products regular recharging?
For optimal battery life and seamless device operation, follow these charging guidelines:
- If you use the device more than twice a week, recharge it when the second battery's LED turns red.

- Consistent charging is essential; allowing the battery to fully deplete can result in device issues.
WAVE Putt (putting mat) and WAVE Radar (radar sensor) are not connecting.
When the WAVE Putt and WAVE Radar are successfully paired, the fourth LED on the WAVE Radar will illuminate green. If they aren't connected, consider the following steps:
- Using WAVE Skills App: Ensure the 'attachment in use' setting under 'Settings' or 'Device Connection' is set to WAVE Putt.
- Using Vision WAVE Software: First, connect the WAVE Radar to your PC. Next, launch the Vision WAVE software and power on the WAVE Putt to establish a proper connection.
- Re-pairing Devices: WAVE Putt and WAVE Radar are pre-paired when shipped. However, if you've hit the Reset button or replaced either device due to service needs, you'll need to re-pair:
WAVE Radar (radar sensor) and Smart Watch are not connecting.
Supported devices include the Apple Watch and Galaxy Watch 5 & 6. While connections to other wearable OS devices are possible, they might not function optimally.
WAVE Radar can pair with either the WAVE Putt or smartwatches through Bluetooth. However, it can't connect to both simultaneously. By default, the WAVE Radar is set to connect with the WAVE Putt upon shipment. To switch to a smartwatch, use the WAVE Skills app and adjust the 'attachment in use' to 'Smart Watch' under 'Settings' or the 'Device Connection' page.

I have been using the device outdoors and the device is hot. Can I continue to use it?
While the radar technology in WAVE Radar remains unaffected by temperature, its ideal operating range is between -10°C to 50°C (14°F to 122°F). If temperatures fall outside this range, it's crucial to power off the WAVE Radar. This ensures the device returns to the optimal temperature and helps avoid potential malfunctions.
Can I use WAVE in rain?
The device is splash-resistant with an IPX3 waterproof rating. This means it can handle light rain or occasional splashes. However, exposure to more than minor splashes or full submersion can lead to malfunctions. If the device becomes wet or damp, promptly wipe it down with a soft cloth.
Can I use WAVE Skills without WAVE Radar?
WAVE Skills can access data only when disconnected from WAVE Radar. At present, practicing putting with just the WAVE Putt (putting mat) without the WAVE Radar isn't feasible. However, we're working on an update to make this possible.

Even when WAVE Skills is online, swing videos require manual uploading to the server. Once uploaded, they can be viewed in 'Shot History'.
Can’t I use Vision WAVE software while using the Internet? I cannot play network plays.
WAVE Radar connects to devices via a Wi-Fi module. If your PC relies solely on a Wi-Fi modem for internet access, you won't be able to use the internet concurrently with Vision WAVE.
To use the internet while operating Vision WAVE:
- Opt for a wired internet connection or
- Acquire an additional Wi-Fi modem.
For those with two Wi-Fi modems, Windows 10 and 11 allow separate connections. You can link the WAVE Radar to one modem and use the other for regular internet access.
There are issues when I used it on Windows 11.
